 The following items are identified as bulky waste that will be collected: 

– Furniture 

– Rolled carpeting(4ft maximum length) 

– Cabinets 

– Countertops 

– Mattresses/bed springs 

– Non metal doors 

– Wood windows 

Excluded items: 

– Uncontainerized or piles of construction material 

– Large appliances (stoves, washers, dryers, etc) 

– Freon-containing items (refrigerators, AC units, freezers) 

– Tires 

– Batteries 

– TVs/DVD players/VCR 

– Computer equipment 

– Electronic Items 

– Waste Oil 

“Bulky Waste” means discarded items that are larger than three (3) feet in any dimension, and/or heavier than fifty (50) pounds in weight, and/or otherwise will not fit within an empty Cart, thus too large or too bulky to be collected by Contractor on weekly regular pickup, Including but not limited to items such as mattresses and box springs, indoor/outdoor furniture, swing sets, plastic swimming pools, large toys, bicycles, fish aquariums, sofas, chairs, tables, carpets, and other similar items.

REGARDING THE 2019 TID ANNUAL REPORT
FOR TAX INCREMENTAL DISTRICT (TID) NO. 1
IN THE VILLAGE OF FAIRWATER, WISCONSIN

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Village of Fairwater will hold a Joint Review Board (JRB) meeting on Monday, July 6, 2020 at 3:30 p.m. via Zoom. The purpose of the meeting is for the JRB to review the Annual Report for TID No. 1.

The meeting is open to the public. Copies of the TID Annual Report(s) are available for review in the Clerk’s Office located at The Civic Center, 104 Main Street and will be provided upon request.
