The following items are identified as bulky waste that will be collected:
– Rolled carpeting(4ft maximum length)
– Mattresses/bed springs
– Non metal doors
– Wood windows
– Uncontainerized or piles of construction material
– Large appliances (stoves, washers, dryers, etc)
– Freon-containing items (refrigerators, AC units, freezers)
– TVs/DVD players/VCR
– Computer equipment
– Electronic Items
– Waste Oil
“Bulky Waste” means discarded items that are larger than three (3) feet in any dimension, and/or heavier than fifty (50) pounds in weight, and/or otherwise will not fit within an empty Cart, thus too large or too bulky to be collected by Contractor on weekly regular pickup, Including but not limited to items such as mattresses and box springs, indoor/outdoor furniture, swing sets, plastic swimming pools, large toys, bicycles, fish aquariums, sofas, chairs, tables, carpets, and other similar items.
NOTICE OF JOINT REVIEW BOARD MEETING
REGARDING THE 2019 TID ANNUAL REPORT
FOR TAX INCREMENTAL DISTRICT (TID) NO. 1
IN THE VILLAGE OF FAIRWATER, WISCONSIN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Village of Fairwater will hold a Joint Review Board (JRB) meeting on Monday, July 6, 2020 at 3:30 p.m. via Zoom. The purpose of the meeting is for the JRB to review the Annual Report for TID No. 1.
The meeting is open to the public. Copies of the TID Annual Report(s) are available for review in the Clerk’s Office located at The Civic Center, 104 Main Street and will be provided upon request.
A reassessment of all taxable property in the Village of Fairwater shall occur for the 2019 assessment year. Borree Appraisal Services Inc. will be conducting the reassessment. The dates of the reassessment will range from July 2019 to August 2019. The revaluation of property will require on-site inspections by the assessor. The assessor will send a separate notice to property owners regarding specific dates and times for viewing of properties. Please also notice that the assessor has certain statutory authority to enter land as described in sections 943.13 and 943.15, Wisconsin Statutes. The ability to enter land is subject to several qualifications and limitations, as described within the foregoing statutes. Notice is hereby given that the Village of Fairwater Board will meet February 11, 2019, at 6:45 at the Fairwater Civic Center to consider the adoption of a new Code of Ordinances.
Notice is further given that a public hearing on this matter will be held on Monday, February 4, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. at the Fairwater Civic Center located at 104 Main Street.
The purpose of the hearing is to give opportunity for public comments regarding proposed changes to code book.
All interested persons are invited to attend this meeting.
