Plan Commission

The Fairwater Plan Commission was created in June, 2007, to develop the Village's 30-Year Comprehensive Plan. The Plan was approved by the Village Board in July, 2008, following public hearings, and the Board approved the continuation of the Commission to assist in the implementation of the Plan recommendations.

The commission is currently working to develop proposals for economic development, promote neighborhood preservation and develop an extended plan for park resources.
